Robotic Precision Therapy (RPT) delivers exact, gentle pressure where your muscles need it most — relieving pain even when other treatments haven’t worked.

What is Robotic Precision Therapy?
Robotic Precision Therapy is a revolutionary physical therapy tool that uses a computerized robotic arm to apply pressure precisely where it’s needed, with highly accurate, optimal force. It treats both recent and long-standing pain and mobility issues — and can provide relief even when medication, exercise, injections, massage, surgery, or other therapies have been unsuccessful.
The robot applies gentle, consistent static pressure to targeted muscles in intervals. This light, targeted pressure lengthens contracted muscle fibers back toward their proper state, taking tension off bones, joints, and nerves — which dramatically decreases pain while improving range of motion.
How a session works
- Listen & review. Your therapist hears your concerns and reviews your medical history.
- Measure. We take precise readings of your biomechanics — how your muscles, limbs, and joints move.
- Pinpoint. Testing identifies exactly which muscle or muscles are causing pain or limiting you.
- Treat. The RPT robot is programmed to your specific needs. You lie on the table, fully clothed, while the arm applies gentle pressure in consistent intervals — rapid, comfortable, and highly effective.
We’ve helped hundreds of patients across Wayne, Macomb, and Oakland Counties relieve pain and restore motion with RPT. If you live in greater Detroit or Downriver, schedule an evaluation and see what it can do for you.
