Physical Therapy · Trenton, MI
Physical therapy that
gets to the root cause.
We identify and treat the biomechanical problems behind your pain — not just the symptoms.

What is physical therapy?
Certified physical therapists are trained to identify and treat the biomechanical problems that cause pain, restrict mobility, or limit motion in your joints, limbs, neck, and back. At Total Body Rehab, we use that training to restore function, improve stability, increase range of motion, and reduce pain — after an injury, illness, or surgery.
The advanced techniques we employ strengthen muscles, reduce strain on joints, improve balance, and help prevent future injury. Just as importantly, we teach you the right way to engage your muscles and move your body. Learning to move correctly can be genuinely life-changing — ending chronic pain and letting you return to the activities you enjoy.
How we treat
Every plan starts with a thorough evaluation and is guided by your referring provider’s recommendations. Depending on your needs, treatment may include therapeutic massage, manual manipulation, cupping, stretching, dry needling, myofascial release, IASTM (scraping), robotic precision therapy, and targeted strengthening exercises.
